These terms apply when you use this website (jbrosdetailing.com) or request a quote from J-Bros Detailing ("J-Bros", "we", "us") through it. By browsing the site or submitting the quote form, you're agreeing to them. If anything here doesn't make sense for your situation, call or text 0418 111 421 and we'll talk it through.

Quotes are estimates

Prices shown on this site, and any figure we give you through the quote form, by phone or by text, are estimates based on the information you've provided. They aren't binding until we've confirmed the job, and for services like ceramic coating and paint correction, a firm price usually depends on inspecting the vehicle in person: condition, paint hardness, prior damage and existing coatings all affect the final scope and price. We'll always tell you before any work starts if the price is going to change from what was first quoted, and why.

Bookings and cancellations

A booking is confirmed once we've agreed a date, time and price with you directly, not automatically on submission of the quote form. If you need to reschedule or cancel, let us know as early as you can, ideally before the day of the job, so the slot can go to someone else. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect our ability to hold future bookings for you.

Results depend on your vehicle's condition

Detailing, paint correction and ceramic coating all work on the paint and surfaces already in front of us. We'll tell you honestly what a service can and can't achieve on your vehicle, but outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including the paint's existing condition, prior repairs, the depth of any damage, and how the vehicle is cared for afterwards. A quote or description of a service is not a guarantee of a specific cosmetic result.

Your consumer guarantees

Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or otherwise affects any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees that services will be provided with due care and skill and be reasonably fit for purpose. Where the law says a right or guarantee can't be excluded, restricted or modified, we don't try to.

Website content and intellectual property

The text, photos, logo and design of this website belong to J-Bros Detailing unless stated otherwise, and are here to describe our services and help you get a quote. You're welcome to link to this site or share a page, but you can't copy, republish or reuse our photos, copy or branding for your own commercial purposes without asking us first.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, and without limiting any consumer guarantee that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, J-Bros isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, such as loss caused by a quote-form outage or a delay in us responding. This doesn't affect any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law in connection with a service we actually carry out on your vehicle, which is instead covered by the terms we agree with you directly when you book.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page from time to time as our services or website change. The "last updated" date at the top tells you when that last happened. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the current version.
