Where is J-Bros Detailing located, and which suburbs do you cover?
Home base is Unit 41/314 Burleigh Connection Road, Burleigh Waters QLD 4220, a working ceramic-coating warehouse on the southern Gold Coast and an easy run off the M1. Coatings cure properly indoors, away from Queensland UV, sea spray and the afternoon storm that arrives mid-panel, which is why all ceramic coating and multi-stage paint correction book in here while mobile services come to you. It’s a workshop, not a storefront, so if you’d like to drop a car off or watch a coating go down, call 0418 111 421 first. On any given day we might be anywhere between Southport and Currumbin on mobile runs. Mobile detailing runs Gold Coast wide, Coolangatta to Coomera; the suburbs below are our bread and butter, and if yours isn’t on the list, ask anyway. We stay on the Coast and don’t take jobs in Brisbane or Northern NSW.

How quickly will you get back to me?
Calls are answered live during open hours, and quote-form and text enquiries get replies in that same window: most quotes back the same working day (Mon-Sat, 8am-6pm). Message on a Sunday or overnight and you’ll hear from us once the phones switch back on at 8am. If it’s urgent (say the car’s being photographed for sale on Friday), call rather than type and tell us the deadline; you’ll get a straight yes or no on whether we can fit it in.
What if I'm not sure which service I need?

Tell us the car and what’s actually bothering you about it (a swirl mark, salt film on the paint, pet hair in the seats) and we'll ask a couple of quick questions and tell you which service fits, and whether it's mobile or booked into the Burleigh Waters studio. Do I need to pay a deposit to book?
Quotes are free, and getting a price commits you to nothing. Booking terms, including whether a deposit applies to your particular job, are confirmed in writing by text when you lock in a date, before any money changes hands. If a deposit does apply, we’ll spell out the amount and how it comes off the final price at the same time, so there are no surprises on the day and no awkward conversations in your driveway.
What should I have ready when I get in touch?
Three things speed a quote up: the car (make, model, colour), the suburb it lives in, and what’s bothering you about it. ‘Swirl marks over a black HiLux in Robina’ gets an accurate price much faster than ‘how much is a detail?’. Photos help for correction and coating work; shoot the panels in open shade so the swirls show. For an interior deep clean, flag pet hair, sand or kids’ seats up front, and for pre-sale detailing, tell us the listing date.
